There wouldnt be a point to it if you didn't. Never touch the stuff myself, but I skipped my diet pepsi this morning and had water instead. It was fine until I fell asleep at noon. :-)
If that's the key to a noontime nap bring on the water! I don't know the age of your kids Scott (Hendern, that is...) but I do look forward to midday naps again.
